Hero Staffing LLC is Minority and Women-Owned staffing partner that assists with emergency management and supporting crisis response efforts in medical and humanitarian areas. Hero supports its professional partners at the federal, state, and local levels by providing medical personnel to help with field medicine, medical needs, and long and short-term staffing needs. Hero partners specifically use its services to provide support to field hospitals, assist with long or short-term staffing needs, regulate surge capacity within healthcare systems, displaced families, and emergency management. Hero Staffing's clientele consists of, but is not limited to, federal (DHS, FEMA, IHS, DOD, HHS), state prime contractors (we aim to subcontract), and support services of local hospitals when needed. Hero Staffing pulls from a pool of reservists and mass mobilizes within 24 hours from the time of disaster declaration.
