We operate the Pisgah Astronomical Research Institute (PARI), a secure 200-acre former NASA/NSA facility located within the National Radio Quiet Zone (NRQZ). Core Capabilities: Deep Space Comms: Operating two 26-meter steerable antennas (East/West) upgraded for X-Band/Ka-Band support of Cislunar and Artemis missions. Space Domain Awareness (SDA): Providing passive RF sensing and "dark" object custody in the GEO/xGEO regimes, leveraging the -182 dBm noise floor of the NRQZ. Resilient Infrastructure: Tier 4 secure site featuring underground utility tunnels, 100 Gbps fiber backbone, and independent hydro/microgrid power potential. Ground Station as a Service (GSaaS): Integrated LEO downlink services for commercial constellations (Starlink/OneWeb) and government aggregators.
