DSC-EMI II is an SBA-approved Mentor Protégé small business joint venture developed to support facilities operations, where DSC and EMI share a passion for providing quality facilities management services. The protege, DSC, is a small business provider located in Dunn, NC. Founded in 2004, DSC provides a range of services including facility maintenance/investment, custodial, and grounds maintenance services. DSC has a proven record of consistently providing high quality services, including experience at Naval Air Station (NAS) Patuxent River where DSC provides custodial, pest control, grounds maintenance, and other applicable facilities support services. EMI has operated for over 30 years on contracts for the US Marine Corps, US Navy, US Army, US Air Force, and federal civilian agencies. EMI's projects include base support services at MCB Camp Lejeune, NC and Yuma Proving Grounds, AZ Installation Support Services where EMI provides facility investment and pest control services.
