BioSkryb Genomics is a North Carolina-based biotechnology company transforming single-cell and ultra-low input genomic discovery. Through proprietary chemistry, BioSkryb enables researchers to analyze DNA and RNA from a single cell with unprecedented resolution and accuracy. Its patented, whole genome amplification method, Primary Template-directed Amplification (PTA), delivers the most complete and accurate coverage of single-cell genomes, and is the foundation of the ResolveDNA and ResolveOME single-cell core kits. ResolveDNA kits provide sequencing-ready genomic libraries from single cells.
