AAA Valuations provides Property Valuation, Commercial Appraisal, Eminent Domain Valuation and Residential Appraisal. Rudy Pomeroy, MAI, SRA, has been involved in the real estate field since 2007. He started his career with the Carolina Appraisal Group as a staff appraiser and continued to gain knowledge and experience working with the Gaston County Tax Office and The Hopkins-McElhannon Group, Inc. Rudy has actively counseled and advised clients on the sale, management, valuation, and development of commercial real estate assets throughout North Carolina. In 2017 Rudy started AAA Valuations to execute his vision of providing accurate value and exceptional customer experience.
