JEL routinely engages in general site civil engineering, which entails the design and C/A of all utilities pertaining to water and sanitary sewer systems, including lift stations, booster pump stations, and water tanks, if required for the project. site grading and drainage plans, storm water management plans, and the design of roadways, fire access loops, and parking lots for each project as needed. JEL often provides the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) for its Design/Construction Administration projects as well.
