ppxTEC delivers an offline-first data mesh that routes FHIR data directly between devices—no cloud, no central server, no stored data for zero libility. At the tactical edge, we eliminate the false choice between vulnerable networked databases (which expose troop movements and injury patterns) and disconnected systems that force manual, error-prone handoffs. Our platform combines secure device-to-device exchange, API interoperability, and on-device AI to enable real-time clinical support in comms-denied environments—ensuring seamless continuity of care from point of injury to Role 4, with no exploitable patient data left behind. We break down data silos, accelerate decision-making, and offer scalable, cost-effective health data management for both commercial and military users. ppxTEC is a late-stage startup.
