Leadership Investments, LLC is a veteran-founded leadership development and coaching business based in Belden, Mississippi. We help healthcare and government organizations strengthen leadership capacity, improve team performance, and build purpose-driven cultures. With over 15 years of leadership experience in the Department of Veterans Affairs and five years of U.S. Army service, our founder brings proven expertise in organizational development, executive coaching, and healthcare leadership. Services include leadership development programs, leadership coaching (1:1 and team), culture consulting, 360° feedback assessments, and DiSC® assessments and workshops.
