Deirdre Danahar is the owner and principle of InMotion Consulting & Coaching. She is a trusted thinking partner for leaders in business, government, higher-education, and non-profit organizations. Since 2001, she’s delivered guidance, training, and coaching to her clients that is grounded in research and coupled candid observations about their performance, presence, relationships, and their organization. She has found the same skills help people who are stepping into a new leadership role or making a career transition. She draws on her expertise in leadership, human development, motivation, workplace culture, and group dynamics to tailor programs to clients’ needs. Additionally, she co-leads Millsaps College Else School of Management Advanced Applied Leadership Program and serves as the executive coach for the Executive MBA program.
