Keep time records. Add transactions to the company’s general ledger if needed. (2) prepare monthly accounting payments to said vendors and reconcile monthly income and expenses to report to the client and company's CFO preparing for fiscal year-end. Reporting includes cash receipts, accounts payable and receivable, expenditures, and profit and losses. (3) prepare required training for the company's staff. Assist hiring manager with recruitment for various job openings and conduct all background requirements for onboarding.
