Born Beautiful, LLC is a WOSB delivering leadership development, workforce resiliency, grant management, and violence prevention training for agencies. Led by Daisy Jones-Brown, a retired Air Force veteran, former DOJ (OVW) Grant Management Specialist, and Licensed Professional Counselor, the firm brings 30+ years of experience designing and leading sexual assault, suicide, and violence prevention programs for large, high-risk populations. Experience includes serving as Installation SAPR and Violence Prevention Integrator, delivering trauma-informed, evidence-based training aligned with DoD and DOJ mandates. Provides grant program design, peer review, compliance monitoring, and technical assistance, translating policy into impactful training and workforce solutions.
