VETPROP LLC is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing residential construction, renovation, and property management services throughout the St. Louis, Missouri metropolitan area. Founded in 2023 by U.S. Army veteran Molly Shepard and Kyle Shepard, VETPROP specializes in residential remodeling, full-gut renovations, general contracting, and new residential construction. In under two years, VETPROP has completed 13 residential renovations and acquired and manages 3 rental properties, overseeing budgets, contractor and subcontractor coordination, permitting, and municipal compliance from acquisition through completion. VETPROP also provides project management services for third-party and out-of-state real estate investors and is actively expanding capacity to support government and institutional building construction, renovation, and repair projects.
