Architectural Firm. Federal, State, and Local Contractor. civic, education, hospitality, housing and workplace markets, new construction, historic renovation. Approximately one third of our work is new construction, and two-thirds is renovation. Seventy-five percent of our renovation work is on historic buildings. We have completed over 100 historic renovation projects on buildings dating from 1839 to 1965. 50 of our projects are recipients of state and/or federal historic tax credits, certifying compliance with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation.
