S & K Industries, LLC, is a small business specializing in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work across a broad range. We have unmatched experience in troubleshooting building systems and planning small to medium sized construction projects. We use our keen attention to detail and ability to come up with creative solutions, and temporary repairs to get building systems online. We work with owners on project development and permanent repairs at the lowest possible cost. S & K partners have worked together for 20 years as supervisors and project managers on the O&M contract for Cimmaron Electric at the Richard Bolling Federal Building. Our work included trouble-shooting building systems and thinking outside the box to come up with innovative solutions for complex problems. Additionally, we priced materials, wrote a scope of work, and developed work schedules using our available labor force.
