Capabilities

Refined Engineering Mechanics specializes in CNC precision turning, CNC 4th axis milling, and fabricated metal works. Machines use written codes so that parts repeat well and hold +/- .0002 tolerances. R.E.M's machines are tailor-made for precision parts made in high quantities. Our CNC milling envelope is 40x20x20 and CNC Turning envelope is 10 inches and smaller, with lengths up to 24 inches, but dependent on diameter. R.E.M's welding capabilities include MIG, Stick, and Aluminum Tig welding.
