Specific services are: lead construction progress meetings, conduct inspections of work and report inspection results, Log and route documents (ASIs, RFIs, and Submittals), Prepare, estimate, negotiate, and track construction change orders and contractor request for changes, review, recommend funds release, and record construction progress payments, maintain Deficiencies and Omissions (D and O) list, oversee completion of all close out documents, and lead specialized building professionals to conduct life safety, critical electrical systems, and space utilization assessments
