At Dominion Consulting Group, we go above and beyond to help our clients succeed. We also offer management consulting and educational seminar/courses including online training. Dr. Norman was in the army for 21 years and is a SDVOSB and a SDB. Dr. Norman holds a doctoral degree in business administration and teaches college and university courses.
