Capabilities

At Kluhsman Machine, we offer CNC machining including CNC Swiss macining, milling, threading, necking, internal forming, drilling, knurling, boring, contouring, forming, tapering and straight turning. We are equipped with engine, turret, CNC and tracer lathes, CNC and manual mills, automated pallet loaders and automated bar feeders. Our equipment capabilities include 4 and 5 multi-spindle CNC control, large swing lathe, CAD design, CAM programming and reverse engineering. We support part sizes up to 30 inches in length, 18 inches in width and 12 inches in height with tolerances as tight as +/-.0005 in. Material we work with include aluminum, brass, copper, magnesium, nickel, stainless steel, titanium, zinc, inconel, acetal, acrylic, nylon, polypropylene, ABS, PEEK, PTFE, PVC and PVDF.
