We deliver boiler-room and steam-system solutions for commercial, industrial, institutional, healthcare, and federal facilities: high-efficiency boiler sales, installation, and commissioning; steam and hot-water system modernization; steam-trap surveys; energy assessments; water treatment for boilers, cooling towers, and closed loops; preventive maintenance; and remote monitoring. Founder and 100% owner Garrett Trapnell is a U.S. Navy nuclear-trained veteran with ~25 years of boiler experience, 20 as a commissioned boiler inspector and a MN-licensed Chief A operator.
