Mary Kay’s expertise comes from 25 years of helping individuals and organizations navigate complex system. She utilizes this multi-sector experience to help others understand broader contexts, develop new perspectives and learn how to ask the right questions for creating their own solutions. Her experience spans social services, county and state government, higher education, K-12 education, nonprofits, associations, agriculture, public policy/advocacy, and grassroots and community engagement. She spent the first 15 years of her career as a social worker providing direct care services to people and families from cradle to grave. Her work centers around understanding systems, mindsets and asking the right questions.
