LightSpeed's patented "Lift from the Hip" attachment provides support and offloading, enabling people to train safely at their own pace, build strength and confidence, and reduce the risk of injury. LightSpeed Lift uses an adjustable dynamic suspension system to partially offload and support the user while walking or running, allowing users to exercise safely at higher intensities and longer durations than they could manage unsupported.
