VDI Manufacturing is an ISO 9001:2015 Compliant custom Injection molding company with certification coming in early 2020. We have very well maintained brand new all electric molding machines witch are capable of very tight statistical process controls and alarms. The use of these settings and alarms helps to ensure that the customer is receiving a repeatable product from a repeatable process where the machine detects the defect. In addition to production injection molding we have an onsite 17025 certified metrology lab, pad printing, heat staking, insert molding, 3d Printing and assembly. These capabilities combined with our stocking program, excellent customer service and a sense of urgency make us a good fit for all of your plastic injection molding needs.
