Hall Contracting Inc. has a primary focus in light commercial and high end residential markets as well as 'Green' LEED accredited projects in the central Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Some of the services we perform are conceptual design build projects while providing in-house CAD detailing to streamline design development processes. We also aid in agency or at risk construction management with a strong background in state and federal capital funding initiative programs to increase project development viability.
