Synergy Manufacturing, LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) specializing in precision Wire EDM and advanced manufacturing solutions. We support defense, aerospace, and research applications requiring tight tolerances, complex geometries, and high repeatability. Our core capabilities include wire EDM machining and EDM drilling, along with full-service machining solutions supported by a network of qualified partners for milling, turning, and secondary operations. We support prototype, short-run, and production work across tool steels, stainless steels, aluminum, titanium, and other conductive alloys. Synergy Manufacturing also supports materials testing and evaluation programs by manufacturing precision test specimens and components used in fatigue, fracture, and structural testing applications. We have experience supporting government and R&D programs, delivering high-quality components with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and fast turnaround.
