We are a national property condition assessment company(PCA) as well as drone and thermal imaging inspections, which includes a review of structures, building, safety/code issues, mechanical components, electrical systems, building/property environmental Phase I, Phase II, asbestos, mold, etc. Assigning building worth through its deficiencies, providing banks with construction draw inspections to release funds as the construction of that building is completed and gathering information for Insurance providers. Emphasis on accurate information and timely reporting which results in the client receiving information that helps in the due diligence, and construction process.
