ISSA Freight, LLC was founded in 2015 by Majed Issa. From 2015 to 2019, the company remained dormant. In January 2019, Majed transferred operations and ownership to his wife, Marwa Issa, and his sister, Aniseh Issa, who took on the roles of CEO and COO, respectively, beginning in April 2019. Both Marwa and Aniseh had been involved in the family businesses for most of their careers, each bringing a diverse skill set to the company. Marwa had previously worked as an executive assistant in Majed’s logistics business, while Aniseh served as Director of Business Operations since 2017. Today, Marwa and Aniseh are the majority owners of ISSA Freight, LLC, with Majed serving as a silent minority investor without a formal role.
