IPS Assembly Corp. is an ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, and ITAR-registered electronics contract manufacturer based in Livonia, Michigan. IPS specializes in turnkey PCB assembly, cable and wire harness assemblies, box builds, electro-mechanical assembly, repair/rework, testing, and prototype-to-production manufacturing. With a 42,000 sq. ft. ESD-controlled facility, automated SMT lines, thru-hole and selective soldering capabilities, AOI/AXI inspection, functional testing, and experienced IPC-trained personnel, IPS supports defense, aerospace, automotive, industrial, medical, lighting, and energy customers.
