Quantum Vision Tech (QVT) is a consulting firm specializing in research data architecture, clinical data integration, and scientific workflow design. QVT helps healthcare, biomedical research, and government organizations transform fragmented clinical, laboratory, and operational data into research-ready information assets that support analytics, compliance, and decision-making. QVT leadership previously served as a Research Data Architect within an NIH-funded maternal-fetal research program, designing data infrastructures that unified clinical records, laboratory results, and biological specimen inventories into longitudinal research datasets. This work included resolving inconsistencies across independent systems, developing cohort identification logic, and building data pipelines that enabled investigators to track participants, specimens, and outcomes across years of study. He also supported IRB reporting and investigator analytics.
