Kathleen Johnson facilitates stress relief and resiliency training for professionals, groups, and individuals to better manage workplace and life stress. Using the Adaptive Mindset program, she reveals hidden sources of stress, our response patterns, and how to deal with them using six fundamental strategies. Kathleen also provides Tension and Trauma Release Exercises (TRE) a therapy which allows for a non-verbal expression of stress relief. TRE has been demonstrated to be a successful stress relief therapy for combat veterans, first responders, teachers and office groups.
