Camcar Plastics is a full-service, ISO 9001:2015-certified custom injection molder based in Muskegon, Michigan. For over 25 years, we’ve specialized in high-precision thermoplastic components for medical, aerospace/ defense, industrial, and commercial applications. As one of the few HUBZone-certified molders in the U.S., Camcar delivers responsive, American-made manufacturing that blends speed, quality, and cost efficiency. Our 60–500 ton presses support complex molding with full engineering (DFM, MoldFlow), tooling qualification (PPAP, CPK), rapid prototyping, light assembly, kitting, and warehousing. We work with a wide range of resins, including ABS, PC/ABS, Nylon, PP, and TPR, backed by in-house maintenance and repair programs to ensure uptime and reliability.
