The Laurel Company specializes in helping bring together people with historically difficult relationships or vastly different cultures to resolve conflict, build consensus, and develop a structure to achieve shared goals. We provide professional facilitation services for partnering workshops, strategic planning sessions, design charretts, Concept Design Workshops, and similar professional activities. We provide conflict resolution services to help groups manage and move beyond their differences. And we provide training in areas such as team building, conflict management, communication, Active Listening, “soft skills,” and leadership development. With a technical/government background and over twenty years experience working with a wide variety of government clients, we are a good fit to work with technical and scientific government teams.
