Athena Research Consultants LLC (ARC) is a Michigan corporation with roots as a family enterprise dating back to 1996 and a renewed vision launched in 2023. Located in the metro Detroit area of southeastern Michigan, ARC is an SBA certified Woman-Owned firm (WOSB). We specialize in historic preservation consulting, historical research and documentation, and history education and outreach. Our work connects people to place and heritage in ways that resonate today and tomorrow. We advocate for the inclusive, community-driven preservation of historical sites that tell a deeper story and remind us why place matters.
