Current clients include rural municipalities and downtown revitalization organizations with funding needs to improve infrastructure, foster entrepreneurship and innovation, preserve historic character, and enhance quality of life. Founder/owner Elaine earned her MBA in Non-profit Management from Brandeis University, and has a background in rural economic development in the Waterville, ME region.
