Evergreen Additive delivers Large-Format Additive Manufacturing (LFAM) for rapid production of unmanned surface vessels which can be used for payload delivery in a contested logistics environment (or other CONOPS such as decoys / maritime countermeasures). Our robotic composite manufacturing systems produce mission-ready platforms in days instead of months, enabling wartime production at operational speed. The operational problem is that traditional composite fabrication requires 3-6 months for tooling, followed by labor-intensive production dependent on scarce skilled labor. In high-tempo conflict where decoys become true expendables, conventional supply chains cannot sustain demand. Forward forces lack organic manufacturing capability. Our solution is to apply advanced manufacturing to eliminate tooling bottlenecks and reduce skilled labor requirements. We produce USVs directly from CAD files using automated robotic deposition, resulting in faster production and cost savings.
