Applied Curiosity Research is committed to scientifically rigorous research. In collaboration with our clients, we construct sampling plans that reflect the diversity of their audience and develop multi-method research protocols utilizing multiple sources. Our approach to developing guidelines, conducting qualitative interviews, and developing assessment measures is always grounded in scientific theory and research literature. Applied Curiosity specializes in conducting research to inform and develop programs and materials that promote non-core academic, educational skills, knowledge and outcomes with learners and their educators in the various educational settings. Our research takes place on the ground, immersed in both formal and informal educational settings, such as schools, youth programs, meal sites, and community centers.
