Through our integrative multidisciplinary practitioner-model, our team provides health promotion education, immunizations, primary care, wellness coaching, nutritional counseling, behavioral health counseling, psychiatry, mental health & physical health assessments and examinations, substance abuse & addiction treatment, care coordination, audiograms, spirometry and laboratory services in outpatient and virtual settings. We provide care for minorities, veterans, at risk populations comprehensively, with a synergetic customized approach for improved health outcomes. We also provide consultation on community health initiatives, etc.
