Shumaker Roofing is an SDVOSB roofing and exterior envelope contractor. We plan, install, repair, and maintain TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen/BUR, standing-seam metal, shingle and coating systems. We support retail roll-outs, property-management portfolios (multifamily/HOA), warehouses, medical/office and occupied facilities. Services include leak investigation, infrared moisture scans, preventive maintenance, warranty service, sheet-metal flashing, gutters/downspouts, siding and waterproofing. Our OSHA-compliant crews use site AHAs/JHAs and QA/QC checklists; we’re Davis-Bacon ready with certified payroll and project controls (submittals, daily logs, as-builts, O&M). Night/weekend and emergency response available. Coverage: MD/WV/PA/DC/VA. Manufacturer approvals: [e.g., GAF/Carlisle/Firestone/JM]. New to federal work, we bring strong commercial/property-management past performance and are open to prime or sub roles, Mentor-Protégé/JV and JOC/IDIQ.
