Leadership consulting and coaching with a niche focus on team performance and results delivery. My focus is to optimize the performance of teams via helping their managers and directors develop their leadership skills, aka their 'spheres of influence'. The benefits of this will be that the teams are more engaged in their work, have stronger and more reliable deliveries, and their working environments are more conducive to them reaching their 'flow states'. With my broad experience in software/IT development and delivery, I bring 'boots on the ground' perspective to my consulting and coaching. Leadership consulting - group coaching, 1:1 coaching, team development and optimization, and strategy development. Agile and Scaled Agile framework (SAFe) - team leadership, product discovery, strategy, stakeholder management, backlog management, and story writing.
