Dale Street Books specializes in designing, editing and printing books (hardback, paperback or ebook format) on military topics. These include original works and reproductions of rare documents or out-of-print publications of interest to military scholars and students. Recent republications include previously forgotten training manuals authored by George S. Patton, Jr., 'Saber Exercise 1914' and 'Diary of the Instructor in Swordsmanship,' written while he was still a young lieutenant. Another recent republication is an after-action report by Brigadier General Samuel D. Rockenbach detailing how he organized, equipped, trained and deployed the American Tank Corps into 1918 France, titled 'The Rockenbach Report: Operations of the Tank Corps A.E.F.' We discovered it in an archive at Carlisle Barracks. We took high resolution photographs of each fragile page. We then transcribed the text verbatim, enhanced the faded illustrations and published it for the first time anywhere.
