With over 3,000 hours of coaching experience in the federal space, I specialize in enhancing leadership effectiveness, communication, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, collaboration, and organizational impact. As a retired federal Senior Executive and an ICF-certified PCC coach, I bring a deep understanding of agency culture and leadership demands. My coaching approach is practical, goal-oriented, and client-centered--focused on individualized, one-on-one coaching. I help clients expand leadership capacity, navigate complexity and organizational change, strengthen relationships with teams and stakeholders, and foster workplace cultures where people are empowered to excel. Agencies supported include HHS (FDA), DoD, HUD, GAO and SEC. I also provide coaching as part of structured leadership programs.
