Outside Force BDF is a certified WOSB providing cohort-based manager and leadership development under NAICS 611430. Operating since 2017, we design and deliver customized programs for government agencies nationwide. Our services include manager development, executive leadership development, transition coaching, business coaching, and life coaching aligned to the agency's mission and workforce strategy. We have led cohort training programs for government agencies as a subcontractor to prime awardees, delivering a structured curriculum, applied learning, and individualized coaching that drive measurable behavior change and strengthen succession pipelines. Each principal holds a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership with a focus in Leadership Coaching and maintains multiple professional certifications. Services are delivered virtually or onsite across the United States.
