The Orlando Davis Md Group provides outpatient Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for individuals with opioid and alcohol use disorders, beginning 90 days prior to release from incarceration and continuing through Residential Reentry Centers (RRCs) and home detention. Our model is designed to complement government reentry and social justice programs by shifting care to community-based settings—reducing not only internal staffing burdens, but also medication inventory requirements, and improving service continuity. Services include MAT using Methadone, Vivitrol, and Naltrexone, reentry-focused case management, and coordination with probation and local support systems. We also offer administrative consulting under NAICS 541611 to help agencies evaluate current programming, identify cost-saving efficiencies, and implement performance-based strategies that improve reentry outcomes and reduce recidivism.
