Omnis Health Life is 6 years running CARF accredited outpatient substance use disorder clinic. The services our facility offers includes: Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), Alcoholism Rehabilitation, Substance Use Rehabilitation, Mental Health Therapy, and more. Our primary focus is not simply recovery, but aftercare for our patients. The facility is owned by a service-disabled veteran, who recognized the toll the opioid crisis has taken on his fellow service members. It was his goal to start a treatment facility that solves hard problems in research-based and compassionate way.
