Niyama Yogi Traveler is a Maryland-based mobile yoga instructor company that provides yoga and meditation classes for your office, conference, or event. We strive to make yoga inclusive, more accessible and meet people where they are. By bringing yoga into the places where people already are, we help to develop self-care practices, strengthen community, lower stress/tension/anxiety, and increase overall health and wellness. Founded in 2021, we are a woman-owned, minority small business. Our vision is to have our certified yoga teachers provide a peaceful, inclusive space where our students can be compassionately guided in their yoga practice without the feeling of judgment or being held to societal expectations.
