(NEC Tech) is a small, certified women-owned business which since 2008 has been providing engineering, technical, management, regulatory, staffing and operations services to the energy industry. NEC Tech maintains a highly skilled staff and a resume database of more than 15,000 industry experts within various disciplines. The broader NEC Tech professional network has access to many times that amount of candidates and can provide nearly any type of professional personnel needed. NEC Tech personnel have provided support for various phases of nuclear power plant operation, procedures, training, field supervision, quality assurance, emergency preparedness, startup, licensing, design, maintenance, outages and decommissioning. Projects have included initial procedures development, lesson plans and instruction, maintenance programs, special inspections, standard plant operations, quality assurance audits and various other services.
