Thomas, Principal, is a former U.S. Department of Agriculture Chief Information Officer (CIO) who has also worked internationally as CIO and Information Technology (IT) Department director for the African Development Bank in West Africa. Accomplished professional with seasoned experience and educational in the IT field managing high stake initiatives, people, financial portfolios and massive technology infrastructures. Initiated and administered multi-million dollar government IT contracts that included those for all aspects of computer software, hardware, telecommunications, and security, Internet and web services. Mary holds a MS Degree in Information Systems and served 10 years in the U.S. Army Reserves. Worked abroad and certified as an Army Logistician.
