Capabilities

Maryland Wellness provides Intensive outpatient substance abuse treatment both in person and via telehealth. All counseling services are done by licensed therapists. We also have a Housing Program along with our Intensive Outpatient Program for a maximum of 6 months. During this 6 month stay, their house manager, Peer support specialist and counselor will work directly with them to assist in case management and ensure they are set up for success at the time of their completion of the program. Medication assisted treatment is centered around identifying and treating the cause of an individual’s addiction. The physical symptoms that often accompany withdrawal are decreased, this decrease will allow a patient to begin to form a productive lifestyle soon after beginning treatment. MAT is provided in collaboration with our Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient programs to help zero in on situations that may cause cravings.
