Leaders for Good is a leadership development and team culture design boutique providing executive coaching and education/training. We equip leaders with the mindsets and tools to cultivate humanity at work for greater impact and highly-functioning teams. Our team is made of elite experts with advanced degrees and global experience leading, coaching and training and using assessments. The firm is led by Eleni Pallas who has 35 years of experience leading teams, coaching, teaching and speaking globally. Ms. Pallas is a thought leader who has developed Human-Centric Leading, an antidote to workplace challenges that inspires lasting transformation of self, team and workplace cultures.
