Kovacs, Whitney & Associates, Inc. (est. 1984) is led by Mr. Edward Burke, Mr. Robert Windham and Mr. Stephen Jones, together registered engineers in Maryland, District of Columbia, Virginia, and Delaware. KWA has cultivated strategic relationships with various clients throughout the Middle Atlantic Region, and has maintained long-term relationships, while providing repeatable consistent performance. We are small enough to be in the small business category, yet large enough to provide nimble custom solutions in the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design services arena, as well as commissioning services to clients.
