Grose Construction, LLC (Grose) is a Native American tribally-owned and SBA 8(a)-certified company and small disadvantaged business. Our seasoned construction management staff brings more than 60 years’ combined experience in federal contracting and directly oversees performance on all Grose construction contracts. Grose’s expertise spans design/build, bid/build, large-scale renovations, value renovations, construction management, JOC contracting, ARRA contracting, and scope development and implementation. Grose’s expert personnel are equipped to manage all areas of federal contracting from business development, contract capture, and proposal management through phase-in, contract administration, and transition.
